I like this fast and straightforward low-carb Microwave Eggless English Muffin! It’s prepared in just some minutes making it excellent for busy mornings. It’s nice with a smear of butter or used to make superior breakfast sandwiches.
To make this recipe egg-free, we used “flax egg” as an alternative of standard eggs. For each egg you merely want to combine 1 tablespoon of flax meal with Three tablespoons of water. Right here’s two favorites of mine:

Soften the butter in a ramekin within the microwave simply till melted. To arrange the “flax egg”, combine the flax meal and water.
Place the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking powder and melted butter in a ramekin.
